- Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Gift cards
Custom or personalized orders
Items marked as “Final Sale”
- How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:

Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item to the address provided in our response.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the issue.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
